Like all full suspension e-mountain bikes from Whyte, the E-180 RS v3 has a motor that is turned upwards. This allows the battery to be integrated in front of the motor and is therefore particularly low in the frame. This pulls the bike's center of gravity down, which is an advantage especially with the downhill-oriented orientation of the E-180 RS v3.
Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX shows. The Bosch motor climbs steep ramps effortlessly. The very natural riding feeling combines the Bosch Performance Line CX with a dynamic power delivery. Achieving such a perfect balance between natural support and power is something few other engines can do. The average range can become a problem especially for long mountain bike rides.
