The flat steering angle and steep seat angle make it clear that the REIGN E+ 3 loves the extreme. When it comes to the performance of the rear end, Giant goes without experimenting: Here, as with all Giant Fullys, the proven Maestro rear triangle is used.
The Giant motor takes away the fear of even the steepest ramps. The combination of a natural riding feeling and a progressive power delivery characterises the Giant SyncDrive Pro2. The average range can become a problem especially for long mountain bike rides.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Giant REIGN E+ 3 [MULLET/PRO/625WH] in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (5000) .

The Rock Shox chassis provides safety and traction, even when the trail gets rougher. However, it comes to its limit at high speed. The thick 38mm stanchions on the fork provide an extra dose of steering precision and performance. The mid-range brakes from Shimano do their job but could be a bit firmer. The power of the four pistons setup is only average. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, Giant uses average parts. When it comes to the geometry, Giant does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Giant REIGN E+ 3 [MULLET/PRO/625WH]

With an average chassis and a middle ground brake system, the REIGN E+ 3 definitely has weaknesses. Nevertheless, it remains a solid all-rounder with a wide range of abilities , thanks to a good motor and a good geometry. The guarantee promise of 25 years provides trust.
