Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX shows. The Bosch motor climbs steep ramps effortlessly. The very natural riding feeling combines the Bosch Performance Line CX with a dynamic power delivery. Achieving such a perfect balance between natural support and power is something few other engines can do. Thanks to the good range, longer tours with the E-Revox Sport FMN are no problem.

Good damping qualities are shown through the SR Suntour mid-range fork. At the brakes, Bergamont reaches for the bottom of the Shimano shelf and instals weak brakes with two pistons and small 18 brake rotors. The average shifting components and accessories leave some tuning potential open. For most e-bikers, this should be an acceptable point. The moderate head tube angle provides a good compromise between stability and agility when going downhill. The reach is also right there in the middle ground. For additional points in downhill handling, the low bottom bracket integrates the rider well into the bike and pulls the centre of gravity down.
