Visually, the ATOMX LYNX PRO 8.4 is strongly based on its little brother with less suspension travel. But with 160 mm, it clearly stands out in the range of use. The organic design, the integrated seat clamp and the battery that can be removed from the top tube all add to the feel of this downhill-oriented bike.
The well-rounded motor control and the dynamic power output characterise the character of the high torque Brose motor. Whoever enjoys longer tours will be pleased with the good range.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the BH ATOMX LYNX PRO 8.4 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (5000) .

The Fox chassis provides safety and traction, even when the trail gets rougher. However, it comes to its limit at high speed. The mid-range brakes from Shimano do their job but could be a bit firmer. The power of the four pistons setup is only average. Shifting and components still leave room for improvement. Other providers dig deeper into their pockets for these assemblies. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails.

Conclusion

Expirience with the BH ATOMX LYNX PRO 8.4

If you want to experience the much-vaunted uphill flow, the ATOMX LYNX PRO 8.4 is a hot candidate for you. Overall, the ATOMX LYNX PRO 8.4 due to an excellent motor, a good geometry and a good range is a good climber for tours on extremely demanding single trails. But with a poor groupset and a middle ground chassis there are also criticisms that come with the overall package.
