Visually, the ATOMX LYNX PRO 9.8 is strongly based on its little brother with less suspension travel. But with 16 mm, it clearly stands out in the range of use. The organic design, the integrated seat clamp and the battery that can be removed from the top tube all add to the feel of this downhill-oriented bike.
No matter how steep or technical the climb is: the high torque Brose motor makes it conquerable! At the same time, the drive provides a natural feeling while riding with a dynamic power delivery. Thanks to the good range, longer tours with the ATOMX LYNX PRO 9.8 are no problem.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the BH ATOMX LYNX PRO 9.8 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (6000) .

In the about 65€ price range, most manufacturers use aluminium as the frame material. With a carbon frame, BH turns the weight screw and sets itself apart from the competitors. The good Fox chassis confidently dampens small and medium bumps. The thick 38mm stanchions on the fork provide an extra dose of steering precision and performance. With its four pistons and larger brake rotors the Shimano braking system decelerates extremely goodly. This allows you to maintain control over your own pace even in the steepest descents. The shifting and the rest of the components are always in the shadow of the engine when it comes to electric mountain bikes. Nevertheless, BH doesn't skimp here and instals very good components. The moderate head tube angle provides a good compromise between stability and agility when going downhill. The reach is also right there in the middle ground.

Conclusion

Expirience with the BH ATOMX LYNX PRO 9.8

With a top-notch motor, a $brake system_sehr_gut brake system and a very good groupset, BH has put together a coherent package. Tour riders will find this bike a very good all-rounder for tours on extremely demanding single trails.
