With the CORE 29, the Spaniards from #bike_brand bring a hardtail with a minimalist design. Visually, it is hardly recognizable as an e-mountain bike at first glance.
In steep sections the somewhat low torque BHZ motor requires a lot of initiative from the biker. The BHZ BHZ, 65Nm provides a well-rounded riding experience. The power delivery is always harmonious. Thanks to the very good range, you should no longer have any range problems even on very long tours.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the BH CORE 29 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (3000) .

Ideally, a suspension fork smooths out rough terrain and ensures a controlled ride even in fast descents. That's exactly what makes the very good Rock Shox fork on the CORE 29. Especially heavy riders should be aware that the Shimano only decelerates poorly. The narrow #reifen_inch_breite Maxxis tires do not do this EMTB's range of use any justice. In our opinion, BH has saved weight in the wrong place here. The components and the gears are less in the spotlight with an EMTB than with bikes without motor. Nevertheless, when we take a look we find out that here, good components are always used. When it comes to the geometry, BH does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. Especially going downhill, the good geometry of the CORE 29 really shines.

Conclusion

Expirience with the BH CORE 29

With a top-notch handling, a very good fork and a good motor, BH has put together a coherent package. Tour riders will find this bike a very good all-rounder for long tours on gravel roads and simple forest paths. Where there's light, there's inevitably shadows as well. With a $brake system_schlecht brake system, CORE 29 has its weak points too.
