BH ILYNX TRAIL 8.1 Review

At steep sections, the somewhat weak BH motor requires a lot of initiative from the rider. The BH 2EXMAG gives off a digital riding feeling. The short range unfortunately limits the tour radius quite significantly.

The Fox chassis provides safety and traction, even when the trail gets rougher. However, it comes to its limit at high speed. At the brakes, BH middle class four pistons brakes by Shimano are used. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, BH uses average parts. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails. Short chainstays and and a slack seat angle make the front end light in steep climbs. To keep the front wheel on the ground, you need to consciously lean forward.
