The Performance Line CX from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. The Bosch motor takes away the fear of even the steepest ramps. The combination of a very well-rounded riding feeling and a progressive power delivery characterises the Bosch Performance Line CX. Achieving such a perfect balance between natural support and power is something few other engines can do. The average range can become a problem especially for long mountain bike rides.

Solid endurance qualities are shown by the chassis of medium quality. At the brakes, Bionicon middle class four pistons brakes by Magura are used. The average shifting components and accessories leave some tuning potential open. For most e-bikers, this should be an acceptable point. When it comes to the geometry, Bionicon does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. It's no use beating around the bush: the geometry of Bionicon doesn't suit our taste. Competitors are closer to the cutting edge here.
