The rear suspension of the E-Stream EVA TR1 27.5 seems complex, but it has several advantages. It keeps the center of gravity low to the ground while creating space for two bottle cages inside the frame. One mounts just above the shock on the down tube, while the second - within reach - fits under the top tube. An absolute rarity for e-mountain bikes.
Steep ramps are no problem for the high-torque Brose motor. Additionally, the Brose Drive S Mag stands out with a natural riding feeling and a progressive power delivery. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the E-Stream EVA TR1 27.5 with only an average range.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Bulls E-Stream EVA TR1 27.5” in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (4000) .

On rough terrain, the E-Stream EVA TR1 27.5 with its middle ground Bulls chassis lacks bit of control. The mid-range brakes from Shimano do their job but could be a bit firmer. The power of the four pistons setup with small 180 brake rotors is only average. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, Bulls uses average parts. If the Meta's chainstay length is less than 445 437 mm, then it has a short chainstay and a moderate reach value make the handling pleasantly playful. The 27.5 inch wheels additionally emphasize the playful character. The low bottom bracket height will likely be a sticking point for trail riders, as it negatively affects handling. Short chainstays and make the front end light in steep climbs. To keep the front wheel on the ground, you need to consciously lean forward.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Bulls E-Stream EVA TR1 27.5”

Even though the E-Stream EVA TR1 27.5 is not a top of the class, it still has a clear character. Despite a low travel, a weak chassis and a mediocre brake system, it remains a solid downhill rider. So Bulls appeals mainly to single trail lovers. Be careful when choosing the size: The Aluminium frame sizing runs small.
