The rear suspension of the E-Stream EVO AM 2 29 seems complex, but it has several advantages. It keeps the center of gravity low to the ground while creating space for two bottle cages inside the frame. One mounts just above the shock on the downtube, while the second - within easy reach - fits under the top tube. An absolute rarity for e-mountain bikes.
The well-rounded motor control and the progressive power output characterise the character of the high torque Brose motor. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the E-Stream EVO AM 2 29 with only an average range.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the E-Stream EVO AM 2 29” in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (5000) .

The chassis unfortunately isn't great. Riders might lack comfort on rough terrain. At the brakes, Bulls middle class four pistons brakes by Shimano are used. The drivetrain and components have a subordinate but not to be neglected importance when it comes to EMTB. Even the bike brand product managers know this and don't aim too high with mostly average components. When it comes to the geometry, Bulls does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. Overall, the geometry does not seem to be up to date anymore. The competition is significantly more modern in this regard.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Bulls E-Stream EVO AM 2 29”

The developers of Bulls have created a solid all-rounder with the E-Stream EVO AM 2 29. Even though the E-Mountainbike reveals a weak flank with a weak chassis and a mediocre brake system, it remains thanks to an excellent motor:Genetiv a widely applicable vehicle.
