Cannondale is one of the classic brands in the mountain bike world. Unlike many bikes without a motor, the Habit Neo 3 doesn't have any technical frills. Despite the damper being in the frame, there is still enough room for a bottle holder.
The Performance Line CX from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. The Bosch motor climbs steep ramps effortlessly. The very natural riding feeling combines the Bosch Performance Line CX with a dynamic power delivery. The well-tuned driving modes hit the mark. Thanks to the good range, longer tours with the Habit Neo 3 are no problem.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Cannondale Habit Neo 3 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (6000) .

As the hits get faster and harder the average chassis limits the downhill fun. Especially for heavy riders, the Cannondale brakes could be a problem. With two pistons they only decelerate averagely. The drivetrain and components have a subordinate but not to be neglected importance when it comes to EMTB. Even the bike brand product managers know this and don't aim too high with mostly average components. When it comes to the geometry, Cannondale does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Cannondale Habit Neo 3

The developers of Cannondale have created a solid all-rounder with the Habit Neo 3. Even though the E-Mountainbike reveals a weak flank with a simple chassis and a middle ground brake system, it remains thanks to a very good handling, a good motor and a great range:Genetiv a widely applicable vehicle. With 25 years of warranty, nothing stands in the way of a long-term relationship.
