The factory-mounted lighting system on the No Pogo R860i is not only a unique selling point, but after long after-work laps certainly often helpful. Above all, it shows that Centurion takes a holistic approach to its customers.
The Performance Line CX from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. The Bosch motor takes away the fear of even the steepest ramps. The combination of a very natural riding feeling and a progressive power delivery characterises the Bosch Performance Line CX. The well-tuned riding modes cater to bikers of all preferences. The average range can become a problem especially for long mountain bike rides.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Centurion No Pogo R860i in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (5000) .

The SR Suntour chassis provides safety and traction, even when the trail gets rougher. However, it comes to its limit at high speed. Especially for heavy riders, the Centurion brakes could be a problem. With four pistons they only decelerate averagely. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, Centurion uses average parts. When it comes to the geometry, Centurion does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. Too steep and technical uphills are less the comfort zone of the No Pogo R860i. On bikes with a steeper seat angle and longer chainstays, it is much more relaxed to climb in demanding terrain.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Centurion No Pogo R860i

This No Pogo R860i stands as a clear opponent of gravity. With its a good motor and a good geometry, it is an excellent All Mountain for effortless uphill flow. But an average groupset and an average range is a criticism that must be honestly taken into account when assessing the whole package of this bike. The generous warranty of 5 years proves that Centurion stands behind its products.
