Visually, the Numinis R800i is in the same vein as Centurion's No Pogo. With slightly less suspension travel, however, it is designed more for touring use. Typical for Centurion: the factory lighting system also on the e-mountain bike.
The Performance Line CX from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. With torque under the motor cover, the support is generous. Nobody needs to fear steep hills anymore. Furthermore, the power of the motor control is regulated so that the start always feels dynamic,. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the Numinis R800i with only an average range.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Numinis R800i in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (5000) .

The frame on entry-level was stingy with control. At the brakes, Centurion middle class four pistons brakes by Tektro are used. The components and the shifting seem less important for Centurion. The components used here have a clear potential for improvement after a view at the competitors. When it comes to the geometry, Centurion does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. The view of the weight of 26,5 kg reveals: There are lighter Trailbikes.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Centurion Numinis R800i

The Numinis R800i isnt`t a specialist on the trail. Despite a simple chassis and a weak groupset, it remains thanks to a good motor and a good geometry a solid all-rounder with a wide range of use. The warranty of 5 years proves that Centurion has a lot of trust in its products.
