The Conway Ryvon LT 4. is Conway's response to the ongoing trend towards increasingly lighter EMTBs. Such a striking design language is not what you'd typically expect from the German brand Conway, but the look is spot-on.

The SX from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. The Swabians from Bosch are sending their first light engine into the race with the SX. With 55 Nm torque, this unit places exactly in the middle between Fazua's Ride 6 and TQ's HPR 5. However, it delivers up to 6 watts of support, similar performance figures to the popular Bosch CX. The starting behavior remains progressive. The complete motor control is very $natural. In terms of installation space and sound, the small Bosch can't quite keep up with its competitors from the Light segment. The short range unfortunately limits the tour radius quite significantly.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Conway Ryvon LT 4.0 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (6000) .

Carbon frames are rather the exception in the price range of about 65€. With the carbon fibre chassis, Conway thus sets clear accents compared to the aluminium competitors. The good Fox chassis confidently dampens small and medium bumps. Bad brakes reduce the riding pleasure. Fortunately, this is not the case with the Conway Ryvon LT 4.. With their four pistons and large brake rotors the TRP brake brakes good. The narrow #reifen_inch_breite Schwalbe tires do not do this Enduros range of use any justice. In our opinion, Conway has saved weight in the wrong place here. The drivetrain and components have a subordinate but not to be neglected importance when it comes to EMTB. Even the bike brand product managers know this and don't aim too high with mostly average components. The moderate head tube angle provides a good compromise between stability and agility when going downhill. The reach is also right there in the middle ground. The bottom bracket is high, which costs handling points. This tends to make the rider stand on the bike. On other EMTBs it feels better integrated. Short chainstays and make the front end light in steep climbs. To keep the front wheel on the ground, you need to consciously lean forward. On the scale, the Conway Ryvon LT 4. makes a good figure with 2,4 kg. Most Enduros are significantly heavier.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Conway Conway Ryvon LT 4.0

Overall, a very good handling, a good chassis and a good brake system speak a clear language. The Conway Ryvon LT 4. is a good bike with mini-downhill DNA With 5 years of warranty, nothing stands in the way of a long-term relationship.
