With only 120 mm of travel, the STEREO HYBRID 120 PRO 625 is the most propulsion-oriented fully in Cube's lineup. For really demanding single trails, the Bavarians have other bikes in their product range.
The Performance Line CX from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. The Bosch motor climbs steep ramps effortlessly. The very natural riding feeling combines the Bosch Performance Line CX with a dynamic power delivery. This great combination mixed with lots of power, is something only a few other motors at Bosch's level can achieve. Whoever likes to go on long rides will be pleased with the very good range.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the CUBE STEREO HYBRID 120 PRO 625 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (4000) .

On rough terrain, the STEREO HYBRID 120 PRO 625 with its average Rock Shox chassis lacks bit of control. Especially for heavy riders, the CUBE brakes could be a problem. With four pistons they only decelerate averagely. The components and the shifting seem less important for CUBE. The components used here have a clear potential for improvement after a view at the competitors. The moderate head tube angle provides a good compromise between stability and agility when going downhill. The reach is also right there in the middle ground. The low bottom bracket height will likely be a sticking point for trail riders, as it negatively affects handling. The view of the weight of 25,4 kg reveals: There are lighter Tourenbikes.

Conclusion

Expirience with the CUBE STEREO HYBRID 120 PRO 625

With a simple chassis and a poor groupset, the STEREO HYBRID 120 PRO 625 definitely has weaknesses. Nevertheless, it remains a solid all-rounder with a wide range of abilities , thanks to a very good range, a good motor and a good geometry.
