The PATH RIOT ADVANCED is definitely the most elegant e-mountain bike in Ghost's lineup. The telescopic post integrated into the frame can be completely retracted for maximum legroom. The visual difference to a mountain bike without a motor is hardly noticeable. Nice feature: Space for two bottle cages in the main frame.
Even steep ramps are surprisingly easy to climb with the Fazua motor. With its boost function, which provides 450 watts of support for a short period of time, the Fazua Ride 60 reduces the gap between light and classic full-power motors. At the moment, hardly any other light motor offers such a good combination of natural support, dynamic power delivery and capability. The short range unfortunately limits the tour radius quite significantly.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Ghost PATH RIOT ADVANCED in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (8000) .

The good Fox chassis absorbs even larger roots with the calmness of a Buddhist monk. The thick 38mm stanchions on the fork provide an extra dose of steering precision and performance. At the brakes, Ghost middle class four pistons brakes by Formula are used. The drivetrain and components have a subordinate but not to be neglected importance when it comes to EMTB. Even the bike brand product managers know this and don't aim too high with mostly average components. The reach - or rather the main frame - of the Ghosts is long. This puts the PATH RIOT ADVANCED right on trend. The remaining values from the geometry table also orientate this bike according to the zeitgeist and leave a really thought-through impression.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Ghost PATH RIOT ADVANCED

Overall, the PATH RIOT ADVANCED is, due to a fantastic geometry and a good chassis is a good all-rounder for trips on extreme technical trails. Only a mediocre motor and a middle ground brake system slightly tarnish the otherwise successful overall picture. With a guarantee of 5 years, the warranty is generous.
