The flat steering angle and steep seat angle make it clear that the REIGN E+2 loves the extreme. When it comes to the performance of the rear end, Giant goes without experimenting: Here, as with all Giant Fullys, the proven Maestro rear triangle is used.
Also steep uphills the Giant motor easily climbs up well. The Giant SyncDrive Pro2 provides a natural riding experience with a progressive power delivery. Thanks to the very good range, you should no longer have any range problems even on very long tours.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the REIGN E+2 | V2 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (6000) .

The good Fox chassis confidently dampens small and medium bumps. The thick 38mm stanchions on the fork provide an extra dose of steering precision and performance. Especially for heavy riders, the Giant brakes could be a problem. With four pistons they only decelerate averagely. The drivetrain and components have a subordinate but not to be neglected importance when it comes to EMTB. Even the bike brand product managers know this and don't aim too high with mostly average components. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails. The view of the weight of 26,1 kg reveals: There are lighter Enduros.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Giant REIGN E+2 | V2

The REIGN E+2 isnt`t a specialist on the trail. Despite a mediocre brake system and an average groupset, it remains thanks to a very strong range, a good motor and a good chassis a solid all-rounder with a wide range of use. The warranty of 25 years proves that Giant has a lot of trust in its products.
