The progressive power delivery is a clear character of the SyncDrive Sport. With 70 Nm torque, the support on the hill is rather moderate. The well-rounded motor control of the SyncDrive Sport shapes the riding feel of the STANCE E+ 1. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the STANCE E+ 1 with only an average range.

As the hits get faster and harder the average chassis limits the downhill fun. Especially for heavy riders, the Giant brakes could be a problem. With four pistons they only decelerate averagely. The components and the shifting seem less important for Giant. The components used here have a clear potential for improvement after a view at the competitors. When it comes to the geometry, Giant does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. Overall, the geometry does not seem to be up to date anymore. The competition is significantly more modern in this regard. With weight, the STANCE E+ 1 is generally one of the heavier e-bikes on the market.
