Giant STANCE E+ EX Review

The dynamic power delivery is a clear character of the SyncDrive Sport. With 70 Nm torque, the support on the hill is rather moderate. The natural motor control of the SyncDrive Sport shapes the riding feel of the STANCE E+ EX. Whoever enjoys longer tours will be pleased with the good range.

The chassis unfortunately isn't great. Riders might lack comfort on rough terrain. At the brakes, Giant middle class four pistons brakes by Tektro are used. Shifting and components still leave room for improvement. Other providers dig deeper into their pockets for these assemblies. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. It's no use beating around the bush: the geometry of Giant doesn't suit our taste. Competitors are closer to the cutting edge here.
