The hub motor and attached battery make it clear: the HEXAGON BOOST 3.0 500 is about low pricing and not about a holistic, elegant concept.
Even nasty steep sections are effortlessly climbed by the motor. The Truckrun M1 conveys a riding feeling. The short range unfortunately limits the tour radius quite significantly.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Kross HEXAGON BOOST 3.0 500 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (2000) .

On rough terrain, the HEXAGON BOOST 3.0 500, with its only average fork, lacks some control. Wide tires provide more grip and comfort. Kross tends to fit narrow tires with its #reifen_inch_breite Kross tires. For an EMTB, we would prefer wider treads. The average shifting components and accessories leave some tuning potential open. For most e-bikers, this should be an acceptable point. When it comes to the geometry, Kross does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Kross HEXAGON BOOST 3.0 500

No doubt, the HEXAGON BOOST 3.0 500 makes its older competitors look like old news. Nevertheless, as a solid climber it still has some aces up its sleeve to convince bikers who prefer to go uphill. Be careful when choosing the size: The Aluminium frame sizing runs small.
