LIV Embolden E+ 2 Review

The progressive power delivery is a clear character of the SyncDrive Sport. With 70 Nm torque, the support on the hill is rather moderate. The well-rounded motor control of the SyncDrive Sport shapes the riding feel of the Embolden E+ 2. The short range unfortunately limits the tour radius quite significantly.

As the hits get faster and harder the average chassis limits the downhill fun. At the brakes, LIV middle class four pistons brakes by Tektro are used. Shifting and components still leave room for improvement. Other providers dig deeper into their pockets for these assemblies. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails. The low bottom bracket height will likely be a sticking point for trail riders, as it negatively affects handling. Oh boy, with the geometry you have to be ready to make compromises from our perspective. The most important measurements and angles fall slightly out of the grid of good bikes. Also, weight is an important factor when it comes to EMTB. The Embolden E+ 2 isn't exactly shining in this regard. There are lighter Trailbikes on the market.
