In the automotive and motorcycle world, Japan has always had a reputation for being a breeding ground for excellent engines. Shimano is doing its utmost to live up to this reputation in the e-bike world with the EP8 engine. Even steepest climbs the Shimano motor easily climbs up well Even though the EP8 doesn't reach the performance of a Bosch CX Motor at maximum output, for example.. Friends of gravity should jot down the DUSK RR. With a good chassis and a good geometry, the Mondraker is a real trail rocket even for really gnarly terrain.
