Moustache Samedi 27 Wide 4 Review

Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX shows. The very well-rounded motor control and the dynamic power output characterise the character of the Bosch motor. The well-tuned driving modes hit the mark. Thanks to the very good range, you should no longer have any range problems even on very long tours.

On rough terrain, the Samedi 27 Wide 4 with its mediocre Rock Shox chassis lacks bit of control. The components and the shifting seem less important for Moustache. The components used here have a clear potential for improvement after a view at the competitors. If the Meta's chainstay length is less than 445, the short chainstay and, if the Reach's Relative Rating is less than 3, the relatively short reach characterise the Moustache as a playful, agile bike. This makes it easy to navigate through winding trails. Small wheels are becoming rare, but with the Samedi 27 Wide 4 the 27.5 wheels pay off with a playful riding experience. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. Overall, the geometry does not seem to be up to date anymore. The competition is significantly more modern in this regard.
