It's beefy, it's long, it feels a bit raw. Actually, you'd almost need to throw a flannel shirt over the Sight VLT C1 to highlight its Canadian roots even more.
As a component giant, Shimano is mostly known for its dominant position in bicycle gears. But with the EP8, the Japanese are clearly showing that they can look beyond their own plate too. Steep ramps are no problem for the Shimano motor. Additionally, the Shimano EP8 stands out with a natural riding feeling and a gentle power delivery. Thanks to the excellent range, you should no longer have any range problems.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Sight VLT C1 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (10000) .

At the chassis, Norco were generous and gave the Sight VLT C1 a golden shine Kashima chassis from the house of Fox with 160 mm of travel at the front and 150 mm at the rear. Setup-Nerds can squeeze out the maximum performance from the chassis thanks to the many setting options. Thanks to the solid power, the SRAM brakes can be counted on in the upper class segment. With four pistons and 200 millimeter rotors , Norco won't take any chances in that area. Those who live for premium quality will love the transmission and parts of this EMTB. Here Norco cranks up the bling-bling factor to 11. With a flat 64° angle , the geometry follows the current trend. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar.
