Due to elegant welds and hydroformed tubes, it is hardly noticeable that the WILD H20 has an aluminium frame. At first glance, therefore, its easy to confuse it with the more expensive carbon model. Like its big brother, the aluminium version was unconditionally designed for riding fun on rough trails.
The Performance Line CX from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. With torque under the motor cover, the support is generous. Nobody needs to fear steep hills anymore. Furthermore, the power of the motor control is regulated so that the start always feels dynamic,. Whoever likes to go on long rides will be pleased with the very good range. Who wants to remove the battery for charging or storing, will be disappointed with the WILD H20. The battery is firmly built-in.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Orbea WILD H20 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (6000) .

Solid endurance qualities are shown by the chassis of medium quality. The mid-range brakes from SRAM do their job but could be a bit firmer. The power of the four pistons setup is only average. The average shifting components and accessories leave some tuning potential open. For most e-bikers, this should be an acceptable point. When it comes to the geometry, Orbea does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Orbea WILD H20

If you want to experience the much-vaunted uphill flow, the WILD H20 is a hot candidate for you. Overall, the WILD H20 due to a very strong range and a good motor is a good climber for long tours on extremely demanding single trails. But with a mediocre groupset there are also criticisms that come with the overall package. A generous warranty also speaks of sustainable business practices. With 25 years of warranty, Orbea sets the bar high!
