R Raymon FullRay 150E 8.0 Review

At steep sections, the somewhat weak Yamaha motor requires a lot of initiative from the rider. The Yamaha PW-ST gives off a well-rounded riding feeling. The average range can become a problem especially for long mountain bike rides.

Solid endurance qualities are shown by the chassis of medium quality. The mid-range brakes from SRAM do their job but could be a bit firmer. The power of the four pistons setup is only average. The drivetrain and components have a subordinate but not to be neglected importance when it comes to EMTB. Even the bike brand product managers know this and don't aim too high with mostly average components. When it comes to the geometry, R Raymon does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability.
