Trail King, the R.X375 PRO is called by Rotwild on its website. Typical for Rotwild, the bike comes with an integrated seatpost and an unmistakable look.
Shimano motors remain at the top of the engine popularity alongside Bosch motors. No wonder, as evidenced by EP8. With torque under the motor cover, the support is generous. Nobody needs to fear steep hills anymore. Furthermore, the power of the motor control is regulated so that the start always feels dynamic,. The short range unfortunately limits the tour radius quite significantly. Who wants to remove the battery for charging or storing, will be disappointed with the R.X375 PRO. The battery is firmly built-in.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the R.X375 PRO in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (9000) .

The good Fox chassis absorbs even larger roots with the calmness of a Buddhist monk. Thanks to the solid power, the Shimano brakes can be counted on in the upper class segment. With four pistons , Rotwild won't take any chances in that area. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, Rotwild uses average parts. The moderate head tube angle provides a good compromise between stability and agility when going downhill. The reach is also right there in the middle ground. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. Due to the short chainstays and the shallow seat angle , when climbing steep sections, it requires active weight shifting to prevent the front wheel from lifting.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Rotwild R.X375 PRO

With a weak range and a mediocre groupset, the R.X375 PRO definitely has weaknesses. Nevertheless, it remains a solid all-rounder with a wide range of abilities , thanks to a good motor, a good chassis and a good brake system.
