Rotwild R.X750 CORE Review

The natural motor control and the progressive power output characterise the character of the high torque Brose motor. Thanks to the good range, longer tours with the R.X750 CORE are no problem.

The good Fox chassis absorbs even larger roots with the calmness of a Buddhist monk. Especially for heavy riders, the Rotwild brakes could be a problem. With four pistons they only decelerate averagely. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, Rotwild uses average parts. On winding trails, the playful handling comes to the fore, as the bike masters even the fastest direction changes with the short wheelbase playfully. The 27.5 inch wheels additionally emphasize the playful character. The bottom bracket is high, which costs handling points. This tends to make the rider stand on the bike. On other EMTBs it feels better integrated. Short chainstays and and a slack seat angle make the front end light in steep climbs. To keep the front wheel on the ground, you need to consciously lean forward.
