The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height will likely be a sticking point for trail riders, as it negatively affects handling. Short chainstays and make the front end light in steep climbs. To keep the front wheel on the ground, you need to consciously lean forward. Overall, the Santa Cruz developers have done a great job with a god geometry. The scale stays at 21,28 kg with this model.
