Scott Contessa Voltage eRIDE 910 Review

In steep sections the somewhat low torque TQ motor requires a lot of initiative from the rider. The TQ HPR 50 provides a very natural riding experience. The power delivery is always gentle. The short range unfortunately limits the tour radius quite significantly.

Carbon is considered a premium material in the bike industry. In the price range about 6500€, aluminium is usually the frame material used. With the carbon frame, Scott can clearly differentiate itself from many competitors. Solid endurance qualities are shown by the chassis of medium quality. At the brakes, Scott middle class four pistons brakes by SRAM are used. The average shifting components and accessories leave some tuning potential open. For most e-bikers, this should be an acceptable point. The flat head tube angle and long wheelbase provide riding stability due to the 63,9° angle. The low bottom bracket height will likely be a sticking point for trail riders, as it negatively affects handling. On the scale, the Contessa Voltage eRIDE 910 makes a good figure with 19,3 kg. Most All Mountains are significantly heavier.
