Stilus 29 Inch ELECTRIC MOUNTAIN BIKE E-ST STILUS Review

Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line shows. At steep sections, the somewhat weak Bosch motor requires a lot of initiative from the rider. The Bosch Performance Line gives off a natural riding feeling. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the E-ST STILUS with only an average range.

If the trail gets rougher however, the comparatively weak chassis can quickly limit the downhill fun. Especially heavy riders should be aware that the Shimano only decelerates poorly. The components and the shifting seem less important for Stilus. The components used here have a clear potential for improvement after a view at the competitors. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails. The bottom bracket is high, which costs handling points. This tends to make the rider stand on the bike. On other EMTBs it feels better integrated.
