For this, the Americans are technically relying on hardware from the German manufacturer Brose and mainly scoring points with innovative software that completely relieves the rider of the need to shift gears through its Autoshift function. If desired, the 12 gears of the Transmission drive can still be manually shifted. As is customary with Brose motors, the Eagle Powertrain motor operates very quietly. The power development is $dynamic and the 9 Nm torque takes the fear out of even the steepest inclines. Whoever enjoys longer tours will be pleased with the good range.

The Rock Shox chassis provides safety and traction, even when the trail gets rougher. However, it comes to its limit at high speed. The frame on entry-level was stingy with control. With four pistons and big brake rotors, Transition won't take any chances in that area. For an Enduro , the Schwalbe tires with a width of #reifen_inch_breite inches are relatively narrow. In our opinion, Transition could have put on wider tires. The drivetrain and components have a subordinate but not to be neglected importance when it comes to EMTB. Even the bike brand product managers know this and don't aim too high with mostly average components. The combination of a slack head tube angle and tendentially long wheelbase makes the Repeater Carbon GX axs remain steady even at higher speeds. For the very good geometry, the developer team of Transition definitely deserves props. Such a knack for detail in geometry is rarely seen.
