R Raymon AirRay 12.0 Review

At steep sections, the somewhat weak R Raymon motor requires a lot of initiative from the rider. The R Raymon Air Drive gives off a well-rounded riding feeling. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the AirRay 12.0 , because of its low range.

Carbon is considered a premium material in the bike industry. In the price range about 7500€, aluminium is usually the frame material used. With the carbon frame, R Raymon can clearly differentiate itself from many competitors. The good Rock Shox chassis confidently dampens small and medium bumps. Especially for heavy riders, the R Raymon brakes could be a problem. With four pistons they only decelerate averagely. Wide tires provide more grip and comfort. R Raymon tends to fit narrow tires with its #reifen_inch_breite R Raymon tires. For an All Mountain, we would prefer wider treads. The components and the gears are less in the spotlight with an EMTB than with bikes without motor. Nevertheless, when we take a look we find out that here, good components are always used. At a 65,5° angle flat steer angle and the long reach, one can certainly speak of modern geometry. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. With its 19,4 kg, the AirRay 12.0 is one of the lighter E-bikes. The competition is often significantly heavier.
