The bulbous downtube of the XTEP LYNX CARBON PRO 8.8 is undoubtedly eye-catching. A segmental battery is hidden inside, which can be removed upwards from the top tube. The bottle cage nestles into the frame triangle just above the motor. The integrated saddle clamp gives the independent design its final touch. With the XTEP LYNX CARBON PRO 8.8, the Spaniards from BH once again show their eye for design.
Shimano motors remain at the top of the engine popularity alongside Bosch motors. No wonder, as evidenced by EP8. The well-rounded motor control and the harmonious power output characterise the character of the Shimano motor. Whoever enjoys longer tours will be pleased with the good range.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the XTEP LYNX CARBON PRO 8.8 in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (8000) .

Even nasty descents get smoothened by the good Fox chassis. Whoever wants to ride fast, needs good brakes. The Shimano brakes are equipped with four pistons and large brake rotors. That way, the premium brakes decelerate more than adequately. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, BH uses average parts. When it comes to the geometry, BH does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height will likely be a sticking point for trail riders, as it negatively affects handling.

Nevertheless, with a very good brake system, a good motor and a good chassis make it a capable Trailbikes from BH with a very wide range of use.
