The Performance Line CX from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. The Bosch motor climbs steep ramps effortlessly. The very natural riding feeling combines the Bosch Performance Line CX with a dynamic power delivery. Achieving such a perfect balance between natural support and power is something few other engines can do. Whoever enjoys longer tours will be pleased with the good range.

In rough terrain, the Earp 3 lacks a bit of control with its only average fork. The mid-range brakes from Shimano do their job but could be a bit firmer. The power of the four pistons setup is only average. Taking a holistic approach also includes looking at the gearing and components. The components are of good qualtiy and offer no reason for criticism here. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails.
