Bulls Copperhead EVO 3 750 27.5” Review

When it comes to classic mountain bikes without a motor, the Copperhead model series is one of the most popular bikes for beginners. And the Copperhead EVO 3 750 27.5 also wants to live up to this reputation. At an attractive price of 4299 €, they want to convince with a solid bike. They deliberately refrain from technical innovations to not put too much strain on the customer's wallet.
Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX Smart System shows. The Bosch motor takes away the fear of even the steepest ramps. The combination of a very natural riding feeling and a progressive power delivery characterises the Bosch Performance Line CX Smart System. The well-tuned riding modes cater to bikers of all preferences. Thanks to the very good range, you should no longer have any range problems even on very long tours.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Copperhead EVO 3 750 27.5” in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (4000) .

On rough terrain, the Copperhead EVO 3 750 27.5, with its only average fork, lacks some control. At the brakes, Bulls middle class four pistons brakes by Shimano are used. The average shifting components and accessories leave some tuning potential open. For most e-bikers, this should be an acceptable point. If the Meta's chainstay length is less than 445 440 mm, then it has a short chainstay and a moderate reach value make the handling pleasantly playful. Small wheels are becoming rare, but with the Copperhead EVO 3 750 27.5 the 27.5 wheels pay off with a playful riding experience. The deep bottom bracket also provides excellent cornering and thus contributes to the good handling. Due to the short chainstays and the shallow seat angle , when climbing steep sections, it requires active weight shifting to prevent the front wheel from lifting.
