Unlike the cheaper Sonic Evo TR models from Bulls, the Sonic EVO TR 2 Carbon 29 even has a carbon frame. However, the alignment remains the same with 120 mm of travel at the fork. This bike should be a lot of fun when touring over gravel roads or in very light terrain.
The Performance Line CX from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. The very natural motor control and the dynamic power output characterise the character of the Bosch motor. The well-tuned riding modes cater to bikers of all preferences. Whoever enjoys longer tours will be pleased with the good range.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Bulls Sonic EVO TR 2 Carbon 29” in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (5000) .

In the about 5000€ price range, most manufacturers use aluminium as the frame material. With a carbon frame, Bulls turns the weight screw and sets itself apart from the competitors. On rough descents, the moderate chassis limits you and demands a more precise line choice than bikes with better chassis. Shifting and components still leave room for improvement. Other providers dig deeper into their pockets for these assemblies. The relatively high reach value in the geometry table is compensated by Bulls with a relatively short stem. Thus, the long main frame remains maneuverable in the terrain.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Bulls Sonic EVO TR 2 Carbon 29”

The developers of Bulls have created a solid all-rounder with the Sonic EVO TR 2 Carbon 29. Even though the E-Mountainbike reveals a weak flank with a simple chassis and a weak brake system, it remains thanks to an outstanding geometry, a good motor and a good range:Genetiv a widely applicable vehicle.
