Canyon Strive:ON CFR 750 Review

Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX shows. The Bosch motor climbs steep ramps effortlessly. The very natural riding feeling combines the Bosch Performance Line CX with a dynamic power delivery. This great combination mixed with lots of power, is something only a few other motors at Bosch's level can achieve. Whoever likes to go on long rides will be pleased with the very good range.

Carbon frames are rather the exception in the price range of about 7000€. With the carbon fibre chassis, Canyon thus sets clear accents compared to the aluminium competitors. The high-quality Fox chassis also takes away the fear of rough root sections. Setup-Nerds can squeeze out the maximum performance from the chassis thanks to the many setting options. The thick 38mm stanchions on the fork provide an extra dose of steering precision and performance. With its four pistons and larger brake rotors the Shimano braking system decelerates fantasticly. This allows you to maintain control over your own pace even in the steepest descents. Wide tires provide more grip and comfort. Canyon tends to fit narrow tires with its #reifen_inch_breite Canyon tires. For an Enduro, we would prefer wider treads. At the drive components and the remaining parts, Canyon uses very good parts. The reach - or rather the main frame - of the Canyons is long. This puts the Strive:ON CFR 750 right on trend. The remaining values from the geometry table also orientate this bike according to the zeitgeist and leave a really thought-through impression.
