The factory-mounted lighting system on the No Pogo R2700i is not only a unique selling point, but after long after-work laps certainly often helpful. Above all, it shows that Centurion takes a holistic approach to its customers.
Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX shows. With torque under the motor cover, the support is generous. Nobody needs to fear steep hills anymore. Furthermore, the power of the motor control is regulated so that the start always feels dynamic,. Thanks to the very good range, you should no longer have any range problems even on very long tours.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Centurion No Pogo R2700i in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (6000) .

Solid endurance qualities are shown by the chassis of medium quality. The thick 38mm stanchions on the fork provide an extra dose of steering precision and performance. At the rear, the steel spring shock absorber provides maximum sensitivity. Especially for heavy riders, the Centurion brakes could be a problem. With four pistons they only decelerate averagely. The average shifting components and accessories leave some tuning potential open. For most e-bikers, this should be an acceptable point. The moderate head tube angle provides a good compromise between stability and agility when going downhill. The reach is also right there in the middle ground. The low bottom bracket height will likely be a sticking point for trail riders, as it negatively affects handling. Too steep and technical uphills are less the comfort zone of the No Pogo R2700i. On bikes with a steeper seat angle and longer chainstays, it is much more relaxed to climb in demanding terrain.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Centurion No Pogo R2700i

A very good range, a good motor and a good geometry: Making the No Pogo R2700i overall an outstanding bike for Uphill-Flow friends. It is predestined for long tours of on extremely demanding single trails. Despite all the euphoria, one should also consider a mediocre groupset in the purchase decision. Praise-worthy: 5 years of Warranty on the Frame!
