Fantic fat-sport Review

At steep sections, the somewhat weak Brose motor requires a lot of initiative from the rider. The Brose Drive T Alu gives off a well-rounded riding feeling. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the fat-sport with only an average range.

The good Rock Shox fork dampens small and medium bumps confidently when mountain biking. At the brakes, Fantic reaches for the bottom of the SRAM shelf and instals simple brakes with two pistons. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, Fantic uses good equipment. The moderate head tube angle provides a good compromise between stability and agility when going downhill. The reach is also right there in the middle ground. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. Oh boy, with the geometry you have to be ready to make compromises from our perspective. The most important measurements and angles fall slightly out of the grid of good bikes.
