GASGAS G Light Trail 3.0 Review

At steep sections, the somewhat weak R Raymon motor requires a lot of initiative from the rider. The R Raymon Air Drive gives off a well-rounded riding feeling. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the G Light Trail 3.0 , because of its low range.

Carbon frames are rather the exception in the price range of about 7500€. With the carbon fibre chassis, GASGAS thus sets clear accents compared to the aluminium competitors. For an All Mountain , the Continental tires with a width of #reifen_inch_breite inches are relatively narrow. In our opinion, GASGAS could have put on wider tires. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, GASGAS uses good equipment. With a flat 65,5° angle , the geometry follows the current trend. The bottom bracket is high, which costs handling points. This tends to make the rider stand on the bike. On other EMTBs it feels better integrated. Oh boy, with the geometry you have to be ready to make compromises from our perspective. The most important measurements and angles fall slightly out of the grid of good bikes.
