Kellys THEOS F90 SH Review

Shimano has become the biggest component manufacturer for bicycles thanks to its gear, pedal and brake components. It's clear that the Japanese want to shape the E-Bike trend from this dominant market position. The Shimano motor takes away the fear of even the steepest ramps. The combination of a natural riding feeling and a harmonious power delivery characterises the Shimano EP8. Thanks to the good range, longer tours with the THEOS F90 SH are no problem.

The highend Fox chassis absorbs big hits like Chuck Norris and provides a lot of traction and control. The thick 38mm stanchions on the fork provide an extra dose of steering precision and performance. When it comes to the brakes, Kellys reaches for the top shelf and instals premium brakes with four pistons and 2 millimeter rotors from Shimano. The shifting and the rest of the components are always in the shadow of the engine when it comes to electric mountain bikes. Nevertheless, Kellys doesn't skimp here and instals very good components. High Reach values are in full trend. So, the THEOS F90 SH has an on-trend geometry. However, the bike requires a courageous body effort to hit the lines in the singletrail. For less experienced riders, this is often unfamiliar.
