The MACINA KAPOHO 6971 LTD is one of the cheaper enduro models by KTM. Nevertheless, the design of the aluminium frame is a good one. With the cable routing and the filigree rear construction, however, you notice that this bike had to be calculated with a sharp pencil.
Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX shows. The Bosch motor takes away the fear of even the steepest ramps. The combination of a very well-rounded riding feeling and a dynamic power delivery characterises the Bosch Performance Line CX. The well-tuned riding modes cater to bikers of all preferences. Thanks to the good range, longer tours with the MACINA KAPOHO 6971 LTD are no problem.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the KTM MACINA KAPOHO 6971 LTD in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (5000) .

The Rock Shox chassis provides safety and traction, even when the trail gets rougher. However, it comes to its limit at high speed. At the brakes, KTM middle class four pistons brakes by Shimano are used. The drivetrain and components have a subordinate but not to be neglected importance when it comes to EMTB. Even the bike brand product managers know this and don't aim too high with mostly average components. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. Due to the short chainstays and the shallow seat angle , when climbing steep sections, it requires active weight shifting to prevent the front wheel from lifting. Oh boy, with the geometry you have to be ready to make compromises from our perspective. The most important measurements and angles fall slightly out of the grid of good bikes. With weight, the MACINA KAPOHO 6971 LTD is generally one of the heavier e-bikes on the market.

Conclusion

Expirience with the KTM MACINA KAPOHO 6971 LTD

The developers of KTM have created a solid all-rounder with the MACINA KAPOHO 6971 LTD. Even though the E-Mountainbike reveals a weak flank with a middle ground chassis and an average brake system, it remains thanks to a good motor and a good range:Genetiv a widely applicable vehicle.
