Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX shows. No matter how steep or technical the climb is: the Bosch motor makes it conquerable! At the same time, the drive provides a very well-rounded feeling while riding with a progressive power delivery. The well-tuned driving modes hit the mark. The average range can become a problem especially for long mountain bike rides.

As the bumps get bigger and rougher the average SR Suntour fork limits the downhill fun. In descending situations, the Shimano brakes require a lot of hand strength or, optionally, courage from the rider. With two pistons and small 18 brake rotors, they only brake poorly. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, KTM uses average parts. If the Meta's chainstay length is less than 445, the short chainstay and, if the Reach's Relative Rating is less than 3, the relatively short reach characterise the KTM as a playful, agile bike. This makes it easy to navigate through winding trails.
