Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX shows. The Bosch motor takes away the fear of even the steepest ramps. The combination of a very well-rounded riding feeling and a progressive power delivery characterises the Bosch Performance Line CX. This great combination mixed with lots of power, is something only a few other motors at Bosch's level can achieve. Whoever enjoys longer tours will be pleased with the good range.

The good SR Suntour fork dampens small and medium bumps confidently when mountain biking. Especially for heavy riders, the KTM brakes could be a problem. With four pistons and small 180 brake rotors they only decelerate averagely. Taking a holistic approach also includes looking at the gearing and components. The components are of good qualtiy and offer no reason for criticism here. If the Meta's chainstay length is less than 445 short wheelbase and a moderate reach value make the handling pleasantly playful. The 27.5 inch wheels additionally emphasize the playful character. The low bottom bracket height is a party pooper for the handling on the trail. On other bikes, you are more centrally located behind the handlebar. Oh boy, with the geometry you have to be ready to make compromises from our perspective. The most important measurements and angles fall slightly out of the grid of good bikes.
