KTM MACINA TEAM 793 Review

The Performance Line CX Smart System from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. The Bosch motor climbs steep ramps effortlessly. The very natural riding feeling combines the Bosch Performance Line CX Smart System with a dynamic power delivery. This great combination mixed with lots of power, is something only a few other motors at Bosch's level can achieve. Thanks to the very good range, you should no longer have any range problems even on very long tours.

On rough terrain, the MACINA TEAM 793, with its only average fork, lacks some control. Especially heavy riders should be aware that the Shimano only decelerates poorly. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, KTM uses average parts. When it comes to the geometry, KTM does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. Overall, the geometry does not seem to be up to date anymore. The competition is significantly more modern in this regard. Also, weight is an important factor when it comes to EMTB. The MACINA TEAM 793 isn't exactly shining in this regard. There are lighter EMTBs on the market.
