Rose ROOT MILLER PLUS 1 Review

Bosch is the major motor manufacturer in the EMTB world, alongside Shimano - and it's no surprise, as the Performance Line CX shows. The very well-rounded motor control and the progressive power output characterise the character of the Bosch motor. The well-tuned riding modes cater to bikers of all preferences. Whoever enjoys longer tours will be pleased with the good range.

Solid endurance qualities are shown by the chassis of medium quality. The mid-range brakes from Shimano do their job but could be a bit firmer. The power of the four pistons setup is only average. At the drivetrain components and the rest of the parts, Rose uses average parts. When it comes to the geometry, Rose does not go completely crazy. The head tube angle and reach values were chosen with care. The result: A balanced riding behaviour with a good combination of playfulness and straight-line stability. The low bottom bracket height will likely be a sticking point for trail riders, as it negatively affects handling. Short chainstays and make the front end light in steep climbs. To keep the front wheel on the ground, you need to consciously lean forward. Overall, the geometry does not seem to be up to date anymore. The competition is significantly more modern in this regard.
