The Performance Line CX from Bosch shows impressively that they shouldn't be limited to DIY and household products. Steep ramps are no problem for the Bosch motor. Additionally, the Bosch Performance Line CX stands out with a very well-rounded riding feeling and a dynamic power delivery. The well-tuned riding modes cater to bikers of all preferences. Whoever enjoys longer tours will be pleased with the good range.

The good Rock Shox chassis confidently dampens small and medium bumps. The thick 38mm stanchions on the fork provide an extra dose of steering precision and performance. The mid-range brakes from Formula do their job but could be a bit firmer. The power of the four pistons setup is only average. The drivetrain and components have a subordinate but not to be neglected importance when it comes to EMTB. Even the bike brand product managers know this and don't aim too high with mostly average components. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails. The low bottom bracket height will likely be a sticking point for trail riders, as it negatively affects handling. Due to the short chainstays , when climbing steep sections, it requires active weight shifting to prevent the front wheel from lifting. It's no use beating around the bush: the geometry of Rose doesn't suit our taste. Competitors are closer to the cutting edge here.
