The Lumen eRIDE 900 SL TR represents the spearhead of current technical development. The frame is not only particularly light, but also has integrated dampers in the seat tube. The cable routing through the headset makes the look particularly elegant.

The harmonious power delivery is a clear character of the HPR 50. With 50 Nm torque, the support on the hill is rather moderate. The very natural motor control of the HPR 50 shapes the riding feel of the Lumen eRIDE 900 SL TR. The short range unfortunately limits the tour radius quite significantly. Who wants to remove the battery for charging or storing, will be disappointed with the Lumen eRIDE 900 SL TR. The battery is firmly built-in.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the Scott Lumen eRIDE 900 SL TR in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (15000) .

With 130 mm travel of the Fox chassis, it's not exactly generously equipped. However, in its preferred habitat, the Fox chassis works well in its on demanding single trails. Thanks to the solid power, the Shimano brakes can be counted on in the upper class segment. With four pistons , Scott won't take any chances in that area. The shifting and the rest of the components are always in the shadow of the engine when it comes to electric mountain bikes. Nevertheless, Scott doesn't skimp here and instals very good components. The handling of the bike is pleasantly balanced due to the moderate geometry. This allows you to intuitively control the bike over the trails. The bottom bracket is high, which costs handling points. This tends to make the rider stand on the bike. On other EMTBs it feels better integrated. With its slim weight, the Lumen eRIDE 900 SL TR is one of the lightest EMTBs. Especially going downhill, the good geometry of the Lumen eRIDE 900 SL TR really shines.
