The S-Works Turbo Kenevo SL is one of those e-mountain bikes that can hardly be distinguished visually from a conventional mountain bike. The low-slung shock provides a low center of gravity, influencing the bike's natural handling. The minimalist display was integrated into the top tube to be protected in case of falls. You can tell from details like this: the Specialized developers know what really matters in everyday life.
At steep sections, the rather weak Specialized motor requires a lot of initiative from the rider. The Specialized SL 1.1 gives off a well-rounded riding feeling. Fans of XXL tours are greatly restricted by the S-Works Turbo Kenevo SL , because of its low range.

At a glance

The most importanten ratings of the S-Works Turbo Kenevo SL in comparison to the competitor bikes of following categorie: (15000) .

The outstanding chassis with 170 mm boosts the confidence of every rider and lets them discover new speed realms in descents. Setup-Nerds can squeeze out the maximum performance from the chassis thanks to the many setting options. The thick 38mm stanchions on the fork provide an extra dose of steering precision and performance. When it comes to the brakes, Specialized reaches for the top shelf and instals premium brakes with four pistons and large brake rotors from SRAM. For an Enduro , the Specialized tires with a width of #reifen_inch_breite inches are relatively narrow. In our opinion, Specialized could have put on wider tires. The shifting and the rest of the components are always in the shadow of the engine when it comes to electric mountain bikes. Nevertheless, Specialized doesn't skimp here and instals very good components. With a flat 63,5° angle , the geometry follows the current trend. Due to the short chainstays and the shallow seat angle , when climbing steep sections, it requires active weight shifting to prevent the front wheel from lifting. Hell yeah, the geometry is killer! Here the remarkable know-how of the Specialized developers is videly visible. The low weight combined with the very pleasant geometry ensures a very natural and agile handling. With very few other EMTBs, you forget so quickly that you are moving a bike with a motor, as with the S-Works Turbo Kenevo SL.

Conclusion

Expirience with the Specialized S-Works Turbo Kenevo SL

With an excellent chassis, an outstanding geometry and a very good brake system, the S-Works Turbo Kenevo SL is an excellent choice for riders for whom fun starts mainly in the descent. The proud price of 15000 € is likely to exceed most wallets. With 25 years of guarantee, nothing can go wrong in the long run.
